By the following order you agree on our General Terms and Conditions, so please do get to know them.
§1. Scope of effectiveness
For the trade relation between VERIM® AudioStrobe® Molinis, called later on www.verim.eu and the client, only the General Trade Conditions, in the version actual at the moment of signing the agreement, are applicable. We do not recognize any other conditions of the orderer, unless we will confirm them on writing. The www.verim.eu abode in Wejherowo is the place of filling in the payment obligations. The place of proper court is determined as for proper court for www.verim.eu abode.
§2. Agreement conclusion
An agreement is concluded along with reception of the order. The client is being informed on writing, via telephone or email.
§3. Prices
All the prices are given in Euro and include the VAT legible for Poland. Packaging and shipping costs are added, according to our conditions concerning shipment.
§4. Payment and delivery
Due to high rate of loses in he Internet trade, the goods are only delivered after paying of an advance. www.verim.eu currently offers the following payment possibilities:

2. credit card settlement via SSL
The shipment of ordered goods takes places only after the advance has been booked on the account of www.verim.eu company given at order attestation, or appropriate confirmation of payment has been issued to www.verim.eu.
The shipment takes place from the warehouse situated within the EU - Poland.
§5. Property rights reservation
Property rights for delivered goods belongs to www.verim.eu until the whole payment will be done.
§6. Late delivery
If the product is not available on stock, the order iv legitimate as long as the product will be available. The client will be informed about that. The delivery will be shipped as soon as possible without any postal fees. If postponed delivery will not be possible due to product unavailability, the Client will be immediately informed. In such a case www.verim.eu can withdraw from the contract. Any payments done will be immediately returned. It the client does not wish to obtain late delivery, he can mark that while ordering or later on. If the client would like to buy the product again, he is obliged to make another order.
§7. Contract withdrawal right
1. Withdrawal from the contract
You can withdraw from the contract without any explanation within 2 weeks on writing (i.e. A letter, fax, email), or by sending the goods pack. The 2 weeks period starts at the moment of goods delivery, but not before reception of this notice. It is sufficient to send contract withdrawal notice within that time or to send the goods back within that time. The contract withdrawal notice is to be sent to the above stated address.
Open software, CD and Mp3's are not subjected to refund.
2. Consequences of a contract withdrawal:
In case of successful contract withdrawal, any services provided to both parties are subject to be returned, and any possible usage of the product requires compensation. If it is impossible to return the product as a whole, or only in deteriorated condition, you are obliged to compensate the value looses. It is not effective if the state deterioration was caused due to product initial check, which could have happened for example at a shop. So you can avoid compensation due to product state deterioration, by not using it and avoiding any possible decrease of its value. Products of total value over 40EUR that could be shipped in a parcel, are supposed to be sent back and to be insured according to decisions of §9. please do pay th postal fee and you will be returned all the expenses. Unpaid deliverables will not be accepted! Please take into consideration that we cannot refund the cost of international shipment, apart from the situations when it is regulated by consumer rights in the EU country.
3. Seminars:
1-2 weeks before the beginning of the seminar you will be given the registration on writing. Resign is possible latest of all 2 weeks before the beginning of a seminar, manipulation equals than 50 EUR. After that time it is necessary to pay the whole dues, or find the replacement.
§8. Warranty and responsibility
Reservations, defects, faults due to transport or any incomplete deliveries are to be immediately reported by the client, within the period of 14 days since the date of delivery. If the complaint will by recognized, we are authorized to remove the defect, or substitute faulty product according to our own decision. If defect removal or substitution are not possible, the ordering party is authorized to request decrease of purchase value of to withdraw from the contract according to his own decision. We provide two years technical warranty for our products. The warranty is not legitimate if the failure was caused by on purpose, or due to gross negligence. Warranty is also not legitimate if the failure was caused by external factors, or as a result of inappropriate usage. We are responsible only far defects existing on delivered product. Compensation claims due to service interrupts, life, health, property, body loses will not be accepted, unless the loss has been provoked as a result of gross negligence, or on purpose actions of www.verim.eu or any of its employees.
§9. Return package
The return package pasted to our company are supposed to be carefully packed, the fees are to be paid, and precautions are to be taken for the case of lost. In case of lost or damage of the return package the Client is charged with the costs of a damage, unless he did not undertake appropriate actions.
§10. The place of commitment fulfillment
Wejherowo is considered to be the place of commitment fulfillment, as well as the place of residence of proper court. The agreement is subjected to Swiss law.
§11. Salvador's clause
If the provisions of hereby General Trade Conditions become ineffective as a whole, or partially, or there appears inconsistency requiring adjustment, General Trade Conditions are to be applicable in the remaining part, if the remaining effective and practicable part is different, in terms of content, then impracticable part and if it can exist in the meaningful way in the economical context.
