Mindfulness Body Scan – Focus Power Break  17:26

This Power Break recording has been created to teach and guide you through a Mindfulness process so that you can apply the technique in your everyday life. The recording also focuses on balancing the energy centres (Chakras) in the body as part of a self-healing process. Blocked energy in our seven chakras can often lead to illness, so it’s important to understand what each chakra represents and to keep this energy flowing freely.


Confidence & Self-esteem Power Break  15:07

Most people lack confidence and many have low self-esteem at some point in their life. This Power Break recording has been created to help overcome negative beliefs so that you can stop being self-critical, self-blaming and self-doubting. By listening to this recording on a regular basis you can re-programme your subconscious mind and become more confident in all areas of your life.

The human stress response ‘fight-or flight’ mechanism enabled our ancestors to cope with very real threats such as attack by a wild animal. However, today in the modern world most of us we face more subtle forms of stress in our life. Anxiety is a word we use for some types of fear, based upon a thought or the threat or something going wrong in the future. This Power Break recording has been created to help you become more calm, peaceful and cantered.
