“AudioStrobe” is a technique for placing control signals on compact discs or other media, said signals being used to control the brightness of arrays of lights placed in modified glasses. The technique is protected by patent number DE 42 22 354 and DE 43 44 987 and further protected by registration of the trademark in Europe and USA. This intellectual property is owned by Andrzej Slawinski represented by AudioStrobe® (“here short: “AS”) in Switzerland / Germany.

(short:”LS” for the licensee)
is the licensee of AS, with the nonexclusive right to manufacture AudioStrobe encoded compact discs; this right is world wide. LS is a corporation / person which/who would like to manufacture and distribute compact discs or other media encoded with the AudioStrobe process.
AudioStrobe hereby assigns to LS a license to manufacture and market media like CD, MD, DVD, MP3 or any other that include AudioStrobe encoding subject to the following terms and conditions:
1) LS shall have the right to create and to manufacture AudioStrobe encoded compact discs or other digital media. Should it elect to do so a royalty of 0.30 US$ per 60 minutes shall be paid to AS for each produced compact discs or other media.
2) LS will register each production series to AS. AS has the right for editing by a third party, independent accountant.
3) LS shall print the AudioStrobe logo on any machines or compact disc, disc graphics it manufactures that include AudioStrobe System and on any advertising material used to promote AudioStrobe System.
4) This license shall terminate at AS option if LS fails to meet the above terms and the situation remains uncorrected for a period of two months after notification to LS.
5) AS shall have the right to test the product designs and the compatibility of any AudioStrobe encoded media developed by LS. LS will send a sample of each production to AS. AS will supply LS with all necessary information about the AudioStrobe encoding standard.
6) Term of payments: LS shall make quarterly statements about the quantity of the produced AudioStrobe decoder units and encoded media. The payments shall be directed by a wire transfer or credit card to an account of AS in Germany or Switzerland not later than 10 days after a quarterly royalty and licensee statements.
