AudioStrobe:

 

Q: Can I play AudioStrobe CDs as normal audio CDs?

A: Yes, of course.

 

Q: I have a noise pulsing sound while playing AudioStrobe CDs on my portable CD player?

A: Switch all kinds of “Antishock” or “G-Shock” functions off. These functions use data compression and they destroy the AudioStrobe signals, which may become audible as noise pulses. Also certain equalizers settings may distort the signal as well.

 

Mental Games:

 

Q: Can I use the connection cable from the Proteus (black) with the ThoughtStream and Mental Games?

A: No! You have to use the original cable (grey one) delivered with the Mental Game package.

 

Q: What can I do when my laptop does not have a serial port?

A: You can still use the Mental Games with the ThoughtStream. Please get and install properly an “USB to serial adapter”. You may get them for 10-20 EUR already.
